Registration Checklist
Must be 5 years old on October 15, 2023

Student information -- demographic and health/medication/immunization information.
Emergency contact -- phone numbers
Copy of Birth Certificate -- for new students.
Proof of Residency -- for new students or if you have moved

If you have a child who will be 4-years old on or before October 15, 2023, now is the time to contact Waldo Community Action Partners (WaldoCAP) to apply for Pre-K. Applications can be accessed online at waldocap.org. Click the Early Childhood logo and then click Pre-K, then scroll down and click on “Apply”. Applications will be scheduled starting in March for the 2022-2023 school year. If you need help applying, please call Waldo CAP’s Early Childhood Program at 338-3827 and ask for Nettie.
